You may have experienced hurts in your life that you would like to work through or understand better. You may benefit from assistance with stress management and healthy coping. You may be at a place in your journey where you desire guidance on how to become the best version of yourself. I would like to begin this journey with you wherever you find yourself currently, and we will works towards your goals at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

I received my Masters in Professional Counseling in early 2017 from Grand Canyon University. Since then, I have worked with clients who have experienced sexual trauma, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and eating disorders.  I have also worked with clients who wanted to strengthen their communication skills, improve their social support system, and make small and large changes to themselves or their lives. I have helped clients develop and set goals for themselves and explore who they are and where they would like to go in life whether it be personally or professionally. I have used techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, supportive therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, art therapy, and play therapy. I also use tools such as meditation, mindfulness and EMDR just to name a few. I believe that each client is unique and requires a tailor-made plan specifically suited to their needs. This plan should be flexible and collaborative and should begin with building a strong relationship between client and counselor. I would like to offer you a safe, supportive, confidential space to address any current issues, set measurable and achievable goals, and begin the journey of uncovering your best self.
